Matt has always been fascinated by the power of storytelling. At an early age he applied this fascination to performing, and got his B.F.A. from The Theatre Conservatory at Chicago College of Performing Arts. This led to award-winning career onstage in musical theatre, spanning almost a decade of national tours and shows in New York, Chicago, Toronto, and beyond.

Eventually Matt’s love of writing, technology and design got the better of him, so he embarked on a path of entrepreneurship — starting a freelance digital marketing and website design business that catered to other entrepreneurs and small businesses. Over the next five years he grew the business into a full-service creative agency, with a staff of incredible humans (including his wife, who is his high school sweetheart) all working tirelessly to produce the very best in design and marketing.

Currently Kiwi Callahan is a filmmaker, a dog mom, a lover of wine, and a seriously heavy sleeper. But it wasn’t always that way.

Kiwi found her way into filmmaking after being a professional musical theater actress for 10 years. As she grew older, she found herself becoming more confident in her beliefs, less sure that she knew everything, and drawn to a different kind of story. After much consideration (read: ice cream consumption), she decided to change directions and pursue a career in documentary filmmaking. At Delphi, she has helped clients ranging from solopreneurs to nationally recognized brands create compelling, documentary-style video content for use in a wide range of campaigns. When she’s not working with her corporate clients, you can find her somewhere on planet Earth filming a documentary about something she’s fascinated by. (It’s probably about the environment, women’s rights, social justice, or something science-y.)
